BT Retail
We offer call capping at 9p or
10p per call for up to an hour as standard. Our per minute rates and call set up
fees are also highly competitive. We only have 3 bands on our Capped
Tariff, with an option on band 3 of a lower unit rate and set up fee with an 18p
call cap for customers spending over £1,000.
BT Business Plan's call cap is 10p on all tariffs, or
20p if you choose the lower unit rates. We offer a 10p cap for
'no-commitment' customers, a 9p cap for all others, or an 18p cap if you choose
a lower unit rate and set up fee.
Their no-commitment Business
Plan offers only a high rate of 3.5p per minute, ours offers 500 minutes free
and then a low rate of 1.99p per minute, with no spend commitment at all.
